Dr. Trelles Evans Ba

Dr. Trelles Evans holds a Ph.D. in Human Services, an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Psychology, and a BA in Psychology. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Coaching and Reentry Services at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, Dr. Evans drives strategic development and implementation of Reentry Services programs, ensuring they align with community needs. With extensive experience at Goodwill Industries in various leadership roles, Dr. Evans has focused on mission advancement for those formerly incarcerated and individuals with disabilities, overseeing multiple programs, managing budgets and grants, and leading employee training and development initiatives. Prior work experience includes positions at Edgewater Systems and Indianapolis Public Schools, demonstrating a strong background in workforce development and human resources management.
