Kent A. Kramer

Kent A. Kramer has extensive work experience, starting in 1990 as the Director of Operations and Store Management at Sam's Club for over a decade. In 2001, they joined Kmart Corporation as a District Manager. From 2002 to 2012, they held various roles at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, including Vice President of Retail Operations. Kent A. then served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer in 2015.

Kent A. Kramer completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Anderson University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business from 1985 to 1990. Kent's education started at Muncie Central High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1981 to 1985.
