Lynn Baldwin

Lynn Baldwin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lynn has worked at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana since 2012, starting as a Nurse Supervisor and later serving as the Director of Operations and Regional Director for the Nurse-Family Partnership program. In these roles, Lynn supervised a team of supervisors and nurses, expanded the program's reach to additional counties, and hired new staff. Prior to their time at Goodwill, Lynn worked as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at HealthNet Community Health Centers from 2009 to 2012. Lynn also worked as an RN and Shift Coordinator at IU Health West Hospital from 2004 to 2009 and as an RN and Charge Nurse at Eskenazi Health from 2000 to 2005.
