Rachel Cline Eble has extensive work experience in the field of philanthropy and fundraising. Rachel Cline started their career at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in 2005, where they held various roles, including Director of Annual Fund & Donor Relations and Director of Annual Fund & Alumni Relations. In 2010, they joined Central Indiana Land Trust as the Development Director and later became the Associate Director. In 2018, Rachel joined Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana as the Director of Advancement. Rachel Cline then progressed to become the Vice President of the Foundation and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer.

From 1996 to 2000, Rachel Cline Eble attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film Studies.
