Dr. Michael Wirth-Davis

Dr. Michael Wirth-Davis serves as the President and CEO of Goodwill/Easter Seals, overseeing a multi-million dollar organization and reporting directly to the Board of Directors. With extensive experience in nonprofit management and education, Dr. Wirth-Davis has taught courses in Governance and Nonprofit Management at the University of Minnesota since 2004 and has held adjunct positions at Hamline University from 2001 to 2019. Previous leadership roles include Director positions at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and Ray Graham Association, where Dr. Wirth-Davis managed vocational and educational programs and developed diverse service initiatives. Dr. Wirth-Davis holds a Doctorate in Public Administration and Management from Hamline University, alongside several executive education credentials from prestigious institutions including Harvard Kennedy School and Georgetown University.
