Melissa Becker is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in brand management and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since July 2016, Melissa also holds the position of Adjunct Faculty for the Mini MBA for Nonprofits program at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Prior experience includes directing marketing and communications at the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota, where significant achievements include leading major public awareness campaigns and crisis communication efforts. Additional roles include Marketing Manager at Public Radio International, overseeing ten public radio programs, and at The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, where focus was placed on audience engagement and innovative marketing strategies. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Music and Mass Communications from Texas Tech University.
