Ana Melissa Senel has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently, Ana Melissa serves as a Corporate Services Administrator at Goodwill Industries of Alberta, where Ana Melissa has held multiple positions since May 2019, including Administrative Assistant and Pre-Grader / Donation Attendant. Prior to this, Ana Melissa worked as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International Philippines from May 2016 to December 2018, and held various roles such as Subject Matter Expert, Case Manager, and Customer Research Associate at Convergys from June 2011 to February 2015.
