Shane Phillips has over 25 years of experience in retail management. Shane has held various leadership roles, including District Manager at Ross Stores where they won multiple awards for top performance. Shane has also served as a Regional Director at Tuesday Morning and a Multi Unit Manager at Five Below, focusing on increasing sales and profitability. Shane is currently the Vice President of Operations at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives.
