Steve Batchelor has held various roles in the field of behavioral health and human services, demonstrating a strong focus on program management and supervision. Steve has experience working with different organizations, such as Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Children's Home Society of Florida, and Avita Community Partners. Steve has managed programs, led teams, coordinated service delivery, and implemented initiatives to support client needs and program goals. Prior to this, they also had experience in the theater industry, holding leadership roles in technical production and program management. Throughout their career, Steve has shown a commitment to creating opportunities for individuals in need and ensuring quality services are provided within budgetary plans.

Steve Batchelor completed an Associate's degree in Theatre/Theater at Valencia College in 2005, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2007. Steve then went on to pursue two Master's degrees, one in Psychology from Capella University in 2012 and another in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the same university in 2015. Steve also obtained additional certifications in Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor from the Florida Certification Board and iLead Leadership from the Children's Home Society of Florida.
