Preston Hicks is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of leadership and management experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Workforce Development and Community Partnerships at Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland, Preston also works as a Principal at PH&A Management Consultants. With a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Michigan, Preston has a strong background in fundraising, program development, and community engagement.
