Frank Holland

The career of Frank Holland spans more than 35 years, all of which have been spent leading retail focused operations teams at a handful of different organizations. For the last 12 years his focus has been in the thrift store industry including time at two other Goodwill organizations before joining the team at Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma. Prior to working in the thrift industry he spent four years in big box retailing at Kmart, sixteen years with Hastings Entertainment, five years with Movie Gallery/Hollywood Video, and 5 years with Savers. Frank’s experience includes leading teams in operations, loss prevention, learning and development, human resources, benefits, real estate, and special projects.

Frank Holland is a graduate of New Mexico State University where he earned his bachelors of business administration in marketing. He is also a graduate of several other programs including strategic retailing studies at Texas A&M University, executive level human resource studies at Stanford University, Goodwill Industries International Senior Leader Program, and Dale Carnegie.
