Donte Fears

Donte Fears has a strong background in learning and development, with roles at Wells Fargo and The Home Depot before transitioning to organizational development positions at Modivcare. At Modivcare, they implemented innovative employee engagement platforms, created retention programs, and developed training programs for various job roles. Donte also has experience as a business owner at The Cupcake Park before moving into leadership roles in larger organizations, ultimately becoming the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Goodwill Central Texas.

Donte Fears attended Vanden High School from 1997 to 2001. Following high school, they went on to study at Savannah Technical College. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn, and in 2024, they became a Certified Fierce Facilitator through Fierce Inc.
