Erin Kingsbury

Erin Kingsbury has over 15 years of experience in social services empowering individuals to live lives to their fullest potential. She began working at Goodwill Central Texas in 2008, serving in a variety of roles, most recently as Vice President, Workforce Advancement.

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Centenary College of Louisiana, and a master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas State University, with a focus on career and community. Erin wholeheartedly believes a meaningful career can transform not only an individual’s life, but a family, and a community. She also believes organizations that serve the community should mirror its values and mission as interwoven threads of the business.

When not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her partner Chad, son Miles, and two dogs, Bella and Bailey. She also enjoys singing within her local community choirs, watching a musical, or gleaning a good leadership lesson from an episode of Ted Lasso.
