Farah al Abdallah

Farah Al Abdallah currently serves as the Student HireAbility Navigator at Goodwill Central Texas, focusing on enhancing employment and training services for individuals with disabilities, foster youth, and those with criminal backgrounds. Previous roles include Career Case Manager, where personalized support was provided to clients with disabilities, and Regional and Advocacy Coordinator at The Cross-Regional Center for Refugees and Migrants, managing a network of over 14 organizations. Farah also served as Project Manager at INSAN Association, delivering legal support to migrants and refugees, and worked as a Legal Case Worker at INTERSOS, managing a diverse caseload involving critical legal issues. Additional experience includes vocational training management for youth and organizing workshops with SEED NGO. Farah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Affairs and minors in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Lebanese American University.
