Jeff Kendall

Jeff Kendall began his diverse career with Goodwill Central Texas (GCT) in 2006 as a manager of computer recycling and resale operations. He advanced to Director of Environmental Business, and after consulting with organizations around the country, started E-commerce operations, and became a Retail District Director. Applying his experience as a National Baldrige Examiner, Mr. Kendall worked with divisions across the organization as the Sr. Director of Performance Excellence to establish and maintain focus on continuous improvement. He has held responsibilities for Goodwill strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and most recently, all Loss Prevention initiatives across the organization.

Kendall grew up in Keene, New Hampshire and is a graduate of Texas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He earned his MBA from Concordia University and is a graduate of the Goodwill Industries International Senior Leader Program.
