Jessica Rabe

Jessica Rabe is an experienced professional in workforce development and vocational rehabilitation, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Advancement at Goodwill Central Texas since April 2014. Over the years, Jessica has held various roles at Goodwill, including Manager of Program Services, Supervisor of Career Advancement Internship Programs, Program Coordinator, Intake and Eligibility Specialist, and Placement Specialist. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Service Coordinator at Rush University Medical Center from September 2011 to April 2014. Jessica Rabe holds a Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
