Adam Garcia Amador is doctoral student in the Department of Educational Leadership and Administration at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He has a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and two Master degrees, one in Educational Leadership and the other in Human Performance and Sport from New Mexico Highlands University, in Las Vegas New Mexico. Along with two other collaborators, he was recently published in the Journal of Equity & Excellence in Education. His other work includes writing and research to inform Latino Educational Leadership across the PK-20 pipeline. He attended Howard University as a research intern and is a contributor to the Texas Tech University Principal Fellows Program. He is an educator and advocate for public in New Mexico. He is proud to be a part of the Goodwill Board of Directors and is looking forward to enhancing the mission and vision of Goodwill in his community.
