The Finance and Operations team at Goodwill Industries of El Paso Inc is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. This team manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while also ensuring optimal operational processes to maximize resource allocation and support the organization's mission of providing job training and placement services. With leaders positioned as the CFO, VP of Operations, and Director of Accounting & Finance, they collaboratively drive strategic initiatives that enhance both fiscal responsibility and operational effectiveness.
