Brenda Sutherland Phr

Brenda Sutherland PHR, SHRM-CP currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska since May 2023, after holding the position of Director of Organizational Development. Prior to this, Brenda was the Sr. Director of Human Resources at The Buckle, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for a major fashion retailer with over 440 stores. Brenda also served as Human Resources Director at Bosselman Enterprises, managing HR functions for a diverse family-owned company with multiple commercial ventures across 24 states, and previously as Human Resources Director for the City of Grand Island, which serves more than 50,000 residents. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kearney State College, now known as the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and graduated from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
