Ishita Trikha, MsHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various companies such as Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, The Child Center of NY, GlobalLogic, and Dainik Bhaskar Group. Ishita holds a Master of Science in Human Resource from New York Institute of Technology and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Human Resource & Finance from Apeejay School. Ishita has a B.B.A. in Banking and Insurance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Currently serving as Lead HR Operations at Goodwill Industries, Ishita focuses on modernizing HR processes and increasing automation within the division. Previous roles include Assistant Manager positions in OD & Analytics and Corporate HR.
