Erica Sluder

Erica Sluder has extensive work experience in various roles. Erica began their career in 2005 as a Production Control Specialist at Trim Masters Inc. Erica then moved on to work as an Account Manager at CBS Personnel. In 2008, they joined Bluegrass Area Development District as a WIOA Business Services Specialist, where they acted as a liaison between employers and job seekers. In 2017, Erica joined Goodwill Industries of Kentucky as a Mission Integration Manager, where they provide supportive services, career development, and employment support to internal Goodwill team members and external job seekers. Their responsibilities also include community engagement, workforce development, and connecting workforce to training needs for job development and retention.

Erica Sluder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of Kentucky.
