Kimberly Satterly

Kimberly Satterly has a diverse work experience in payroll and HR roles. Kimberly is currently working as the Manager of Payroll Operations and Tax Compliance at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, where they manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and time management administration.

Before their current role, Kimberly was the Manager of Payroll & Benefits at MedAssist, a Firstsource company, from 2019 to 2022. Kimberly oversaw the payroll and benefit processes, ensured compliance with accounting principles and regulations, managed the workers compensation program, and facilitated open enrollment.

From 2015 to 2019, Kimberly worked as a Payroll Manager at 360care, where they managed and processed payroll for 1000 W2 employees and 1099 providers. Kimberly also implemented a new HR/Payroll system and handled funding details and general ledger issues.

Kimberly Satterly's education history includes attending Jefferson Community College in Kentucky from 1990 to 1992. During this period, they pursued a business field of study, although they did not earn a degree. In 1998, they also obtained a real estate license after completing a program in real estate.
