Lloyd Ledet

Lloyd Ledet is currently a board member at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky. Lloyd has previously held positions as Executive Vice President at both CustomerSpeak and Vision Financial.

At CustomerSpeak, Lloyd partnered with Dell Healthcare & Public Consulting Group to outsource services for The Massachusetts Health Connector (ACA/Obamacare). Lloyd managed two open enrollments with 250 FTE helping consumers enroll in health insurance plans. These were open and closed enrollment engagement handling 80% of all inbound call volumes.

At Vision Financial, Lloyd partnered with Kohl's, Deluxe Corp, and ADS/Commenity Bank (retail cards: Victoria Secret, Lane Bryant, Container Store, Land's End, and others) to provide professional collection agency support which included up to 100+ FTE dedicated to their respective projects.

Lloyd Ledet has a BBA in Management and Economics from Texas State University and a degree from San Diego State University.
