The Leadership Team at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization and overseeing its operations to fulfill its mission of empowering individuals with disabilities or challenges to achieve sustainable employment. This team, comprised of the President & CEO and the Chief Financial Officers, collaborates to ensure financial health, drive innovation in services, and maintain a strong community presence through Goodwill’s retail outlets.
