Ben Lyle has a strong background in operations and logistics, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Ben started their career in 1989 as a Terminal Manager at RPS/FXG, where they worked for 17 years. In 2006, they joined Florim as a Logistics Director and later moved on to FedEx Ground in 2008, where they served as a Senior Manager for five years. In 2016, Lyle joined Dicom Transportation Group as Director of Operations before moving on to Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in 2017, where they currently hold the position of Director of Operations.
Ben Lyle obtained their Bachelor's degree in an undisclosed field of study from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ben attended the university from 1984 to 1989.
