Ed O'Kelley has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ed served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc., where they were responsible for technology investment planning, execution, and strategic alignment. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Information Systems at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, where they worked with the senior management team to formulate strategic goals and create the strategic vision for information services. Additionally, they served as the Director of Operations at Second Harvest Food Bank, overseeing all internal distribution operations and performing strategic planning.

Ed O'Kelley pursued their higher education at Tennessee Technological University from 1982 to 1986. Ed obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).
