Niketa Hailey-Hill

Niketa Hailey-Hill is an experienced professional in nonprofit development and marketing, currently serving as Development Manager and previously as Marketing Manager at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. since May 2008. Prior experience includes roles as Account Executive at MMA Creative from May 2006 to April 2008, and Marketing Coordinator at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. from January 2003 to May 2006. Niketa began a career in alumni relations as an Alumni Relations Assistant at Murray State University from 2002 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mass Communications & Nonprofit Leadership from Murray State University, a study abroad program in Advertising at King's College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Murray State University. Niketa is also a graduate of the Nashville Emerging Leaders Class of 2009.
