Sara Bell

Sara Bell has extensive work experience in the education and training field. Sara currently holds the position of Vice President of Education, Development, and Outcomes at Goodwill NCW, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ThedaCare for several years. From September 2014 to September 2022, they served as the Director of Clinical Training and Education, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of training and developing educational programs for the organization. Sara also held the role of Learning Center Manager from November 2011 to December 2014, where they were in charge of designing and implementing hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes for new team members. Before these positions, Sara held various roles at ThedaCare, including Education Specialist, Business Unit Manager, Staff Development Educator, Registered Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their leadership, strategic planning, and mentoring abilities.

Sara Bell completed their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in the period from 1993 to 1998. Sara later pursued a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, which they completed between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their degrees, Sara obtained a certification as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in August 2021.
