Paul Andrews has held various positions in different organizations over the years. Currently working at Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois as the Compliance Manager for Grant Programs, Paul ensures program compliance and performance management for select grants. With a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from North Park University, their experience ranges from being a Youth Minister at Bethesda Covenant Church to a Counselor at YouthBuild Rockford. Throughout their career, Paul has played integral roles in guiding at-risk youth and young adults towards success and implementing recovery plans for individuals with substance abuse issues.
