Grange Burnside is currently working as an HR Compliance Specialist at The University of Toledo, investigating EEO claims and managing affirmative action data. With a background in human resources management at Goodwill Industries of Northwest Ohio, Inc., Grange has extensive experience in staff training, development, and processing of various HR claims. Before transitioning into HR roles, Grange also worked as a Store Manager, consistently exceeding sales and production goals.
