Laurie Hughey

Laurie Hughey has extensive experience in program management and vocational training across various organizations. Currently serving as Program Director at The MENTOR Network since September 2016 and as Program Manager at BARC Developmental Services since October 2015, Laurie's focus includes developing programs such as Barc on the Move and Access Now. Additionally, Laurie has been a Vocational Trainer at Goodwill Industries of South Central California since December 2012, providing essential training for employees seeking advancement. Past experience includes serving as Regional Director at Social Vocational Services, where oversight of day programs for adults with developmental disabilities occurred, and as a Behavior Consultant at Diversified Support Services, where behavior modification plans were developed and implemented. Laurie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology and a degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Ashford University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Corrections from Bakersfield College.
