Erica Fletcher

Erica Fletcher currently serves as a Procurement Accounting and Budgets Officer at MDHS since March 2022 and holds the position of Operations Manager at Titus Transportation from July 2019. Additionally, Erica has been involved with Goodwill Industries of South Mississippi since February 2014, where roles include Program Manager for Career Development and Human Resources Associate. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Alcorn State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Columbia Southern University, expected to complete in December 2024.
