Daniel Carlisle is the Vice Chair at Goodwill Industries of South Texas. Daniel has over 13 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. Prior to their current position, they were a Producer/Broker at Carlisle Insurance and a Business Risk Consultant at FM Global.

At Carlisle Insurance, they were responsible for analyzing and quantifying risk exposure for businesses, as well as implementing risk control strategies. Daniel also advised clients on business continuity planning and advised FM Global account managers on underwriting and exposure analyses.

During their time at FM Global, they conducted business impact analyses for Fortune 500 companies, quantifying over $18.5B of risk exposure. Daniel also led a global risk profiling project for a major oil production and processing systems company with locations in Texas, Norway, Scotland, Singapore and Brazil. In addition, they provided operational and financial expertise for FM Global account managers in business development, business income value calculation and allocation methods, and exposure analyses.

Daniel Carlisle's educational career consists of a Master of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mangement Science from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Daniel also has a certification from the International Institute of Marine Insurance Studies as a Certified Marine Insurance Professional, as well as certifications from The Institutes in Associate in Marine Insurance Management and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. Additionally, they have certification from DRI International as an Associate Business Continuity Professional and from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research as a Certified Insurance Counselor. Finally, they have a certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
