Dan Michael

Dan Michael has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Stores and Donation Centers at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. since May 2004. In this role, Dan oversees planning for retail operations across 76 locations in Wisconsin and Illinois, managing a workforce of over 4,200 employees. Previously, Dan held positions including Director of Stores and Regional Manager at Goodwill, where efforts focused on increasing revenue and streamlining processes. Prior to Goodwill, Dan worked at Bedding Experts / Bed Mart from October 1988 to May 2004, leading operations across 42 locations and over 150 employees. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rasmussen University and an Associate's degree in Business from the College of DuPage.
