Jackie Hallberg

Jackie Hallberg serves as the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., a role held since October 2009, which follows previous positions including President and CEO Elect and Senior Vice President of Federal Services & Business Development. Hallberg is responsible for advancing workforce development capabilities through innovative programs, overseeing $80 million in federal contracts, and ensuring compliance with AbilityOne. Prior to the current role, Hallberg directed federal contracts at Naval Station Great Lakes, managing budgets totaling $89 million and employing over 1,300 individuals, with a significant focus on individuals with disabilities. Hallberg holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
