Kent Walters is the SVP of Operations at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin.

Kent has over 25 years of experience in marketing and operations, with a focus on credit card marketing.

Kent began their career in 1987 as a Credit Card Marketing Analyst at First of America Bank. In 1995, they became the Direct Marketing Marketing Manager at GE Capital, where they oversaw the production and development of credit card applications/packages for direct mailing.

In 1999, Kent became the Marketing Manager/Black Belt at GE Medical. As Marketing Manager, they were responsible for marketing medical equipment accessories. Kent then became a certified Black Belt and worked on several major quality projects with Green Belts.

From 2007 to 2010, Kent served as the Supervisor #2 on the Town Board in Dover, Wisconsin. Kent was responsible for the $1.1M town budget and administration of town ordinances.

Kent has been with Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin since 2010. In their current role as SVP of Operations, they are responsible for the overall management and operation of Goodwill's 34 retail stores, 16 donation sites, 4 offices, 2 job training centers, and 2 warehouses.

Kent Walters attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they earned a BBA in Management. Kent Walters then went on to attend Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business once again, this time earning an MBA in Finance and General. Afterwards, Kent Walters received certification from GE Healthcare in Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
