Shawn McCourt

Shawn McCourt is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. Shawn has over 20 years of experience in store management, with Walmart and Lowe's Home Improvement. At Lowe's, Shawn was responsible for overall store operation, sales and margin performance, and management of all store personnel. Shawn was able to develop key relationships, including customer, workforce and community relationships that improved business results. Shawn was also accountable for overall store expenses, merchandising standards, policy and procedure compliance, safety, security, supervision, training, mentoring and scheduling of all personnel. Shawn managed over 200 associates with $20 million in revenue, provided training, leadership guidance, and performance feedback to assistant manager staff, and provided exemplary customer service for all customers and contractors.

Shawn McCourt graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a finance emphasis. Shawn then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration with a double emphasis in Human Resource Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as well.
