Morgan W. St. John

Morgan St. John, part of Manhattan Pacific Partners, has been active in merchant banking, investment banking and consulting since 1978. He has originated, analyzed, structured, negotiated and syndicated over $40 billion of corporate transactions in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. Previously, Mr. St. John was a Partner and Managing Director at Banker Trust Company, where he built the Los Angeles Finance group and New York Syndication group to become the industry leaders in highly structured acquisition financing. Mr. St. John has both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Harvard University.
