Susan H. Stromgren

Susan Stromgren retired from an executive position at Bank of the West in late 2007. She served as Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources with responsibilities covering 11,000 employees. She was also a member of the bank’s Executive Management Committee.

Susan had a 42-year career in banking and has held other senior positions such as Marketing Director and Head of Branch Operations. Her career also included positions in regional and branch banking.

She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking at the University of Washington.
