Stephen Castro

Stephen Castro serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia since April 2011, overseeing financial, human resources, and IT operations across 54 locations and managing a staff of 985. With a strong background in finance, Stephen has held various key positions such as Owner of SHC & Company, which provides consulting for small to medium businesses; Director of Finance at Express Scripts, managing substantial corporate accounting functions; and Vice President roles at Fringe Benefit Management Corp and 21st Century Health & Benefits Inc. Educational credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investments from Rutgers University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Bucknell University.
