Helen Yu

Helen Yu has an extensive work history in the legal field, starting as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon in 2004. Helen then served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development in 2005. Following this, Helen worked as a Corporate Counsel at Hynix Semiconductor from 2006 to 2009. Helen then founded Yu & Yu LLP in 2009, where they worked as an Attorney until 2013. From 2013 to the present, Helen has been with Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette, first as an Associate General Counsel, and currently as the General Counsel and Director of Human Resources & Loss Control.

Helen Yu holds a BA in Sociology & Political Science from the University of Michigan. Helen also completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Group Fitness Instructor.
