Financial Operations

The Financial Operations team at Goodwill Industries of the Columbia is responsible for managing the organization's financial health, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Led by the VP of Finance and supported by the Treasurer and Staff Accountant, the team oversees financial planning and analysis, tracks donations and expenditures, and provides critical insights to drive operational efficiency in support of the organization's mission to provide job services to the community.
