Monikka Fuller

Monikka Fuller is a seasoned professional in supported community living and vocational counseling with a diverse background in program development and management. Currently serving as the Lead Supported Community Living Specialist at Goodwill of the Heartland since 2016, Monikka has advanced to a supervisory role overseeing staff, managing caseloads, and liaising with community resources to enhance participants' quality of life. Prior experience includes roles as a Supported Community Living Specialist and Job Placement Specialist at Goodwill, Arts & Humanities Program Coordinator at Clinton Community YMCA, and various positions focused on therapeutic recreation and service coordination for individuals with diverse needs. Monikka holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Iowa.
