James Forer has a strong work history with experience in various leadership roles. James began their career as District Manager at Foot Locker, where they oversaw multiple retail stores and managed a large workforce. During their tenure, they successfully recruited, trained, and retained employees while focusing on expense control and profitability. After working at Foot Locker for over 25 years, James moved on to become a Store Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods. In this role, they focused on creating a positive work environment, increasing the customer base, and coaching and developing team members to achieve company strategies and deliver results. Currently, James holds the position of Vice President of Donated Goods at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, where they are responsible for overseeing all phases of salvage and aftermarket sales, attended and unattended donation centers, warehouse operations, and truck operations. James ensures proper monitoring of salvage revenues and provides oversight to donation receiving sites and aftermarket and transportation staff and equipment. James' experience demonstrates their leadership abilities and expertise in operations management and retail sales.
