Rachel Putman

Rachel (Williams) Putman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, Rachel is responsible for innovative initiatives in People Services, including talent acquisition and team engagement. Previous positions include Vice President, Mission and People at Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina, where Rachel led Mission Services and was the Corporate Compliance Officer and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive Sponsor. Rachel's career encompasses significant roles in human resources management, organizational development, and employee relations across several companies, including LESCO Restorations, Inc. and ResMed, Inc., underpinned by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Newberry College and coursework in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
