Richmond Vincent

Richmond Vincent is the current President & CEO at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys. Richmond has previously served as the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of South Mississippi from January 2017 to March 2021, and as the Senior Vice President, Workforce Development, at Goodwill of Central Arizona from January 2010 to December 2016.

At Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, Richmond is responsible for upholding the Mission, setting Vision, and developing an innovative strategic plan leveraging local and national best practices. Richmond reports to the Board of Directors and leads all aspects of the organization while overseeing a highly-skilled staff.

Previously, as President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of South Mississippi, Richmond was responsible for all aspects of the organization. Richmond oversaw a staff of highly skilled individuals and was responsible for setting the vision and mission for the organization. Richmond also developed an innovative strategic plan that leveraged local and national best practices.

Before their time in Mississippi, Richmond served as the Senior Vice President, Workforce Development, at Goodwill of Central Arizona. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and execution of virtualization of services strategy, transforming the organization into a high performing culture of trust, and driving mission integration between donated goods retail, mission services, and administration. Richmond was also a member of Greater Phoenix Economic Council Board of Directors.

During their time at Goodwill of Central Arizona, Richmond was recognized as The 2014 Workforce Developer of the Year by the Arizona Association of Economic Development. Richmond also held P&L authority for $9m operations, and was ranked

Richmond Vincent earned a BS in Political Science from Arizona State University, and an MBA in Business Administration from the same school.
