Wanda Bass

Wanda Bass has extensive work experience in program design and curriculum development. Wanda started their career at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys in 2015 and held the roles of SWAP/Project SEARCH Coordinator until January 2022. Wanda then transitioned to the position of Director of Program Design and Curriculum. Additionally, Wanda worked at Godwill Industries of the Valleys as the Regional Coordinator for Youth Services from March 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Program Specialist at VCU Brandcenter from December 2009 to September 2014. Wanda also held the same position at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they started in 2009 and ended their role in September 2014.

Wanda Bass earned a Master's degree and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Special Education and Teaching from East Carolina University between 1975 and 1984.
