Marie Hebbler

Marie Hebbler has had a long and successful career in risk management and banking. Marie began their career at HomeBanc, NA, where they served as Chief Risk Officer from January 2012 to December 2015. In this role, Marie developed and implemented an enterprise-wide risk management methodology and corporate strategy for risk taking and management of compliance, credit, market, strategic, operational, and liquidity risks. Marie also founded the bank's risk management function and developed the bank's risk appetite statement.

Marie then took on the role of Board Member at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, where they currently serve. In this role, Marie is responsible for overseeing the organization's risk management and compliance programs. Marie has also served on various committees, including the Risk Management & Compliance Committee (chair), Senior Management Committee, IT Steering Committee, and Asset and Liability Committee.

Marie Hebbler has an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration from The University of Alabama, and a Certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace. Marie is also a Charter Fellow of the Blackburn Institute at The University of Alabama.
