Jim Giudice

Jim Giudice is a corporate attorney who currently serves on the advisory board of Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia. Jim has extensive experience representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity formation, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions. Jim has helped companies draft and negotiate M&A transaction documents, and counseled clients throughout the closing process.

Prior to their current role, Jim served as a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and as a summer associate for Williams Mullen. Jim received their J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2017.

Jim Giudice received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Richmond School of Law, where they graduated cum laude. Jim also holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Additionally, Jim has three LinkedIn certifications: Learning LinkedIn (2015), Learning LinkedIn Premium Job Seeker, and LinkedIn for Veterans.
