Lisa Pratt

Lisa Pratt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, retail management, and administrative support. Currently serving as an E-Commerce Listing Specialist at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia since August 2018, Lisa identifies and lists unique items for online sales. Previous roles include a lengthy tenure at Alliance Entertainment as a Retail Space Management Coordinator, where Lisa managed online product listings and customer return processes, and various positions at notable companies such as Capital One, Pizza Hut, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Lisa holds an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support with a Specialization in Management from John Tyler Community College, complemented by managerial training from Toys R Us.
